Life weighs us down with fear, sadness, and grief.  We long for a Holy Embrace to comfort us.  “If we could just find God,” we think, “we would be okay.”

It feels like we are traveling aimlessly.  Yet somehow we muster the courage to put one foot in front of the other.   In doing so, we discover that despite all that clouds our hearts and minds, our souls still know the way to the Sacred.

This movement is less about arrival and more about awakening.  It is an understanding that we have always been held by the One for whom we reach.  And so we finally rest in that presence; our souls are ready to rejoice.
